A twenty-something year old living in San Diego, CA. I love all the mediocre things in life that people pass by without seeing the true amazement of it. Follow me as I take a deeper look into the things people pass by without a second glance!
This weekend I stopped by the Little Italy Farmers Market and stumbled upon some pretty amazing finds. One of which was PB Peanut Butter, which is by far the best peanut butter that I have ever had. The most amazing part about this peanut butter... it's better for you than most peanut butter you are probably eating now. It comes is some pretty amazing flavor, I left with the toffee flavored and I can not get enough of it. Apples and toffee peanut butter has become more latest obsession... at least it's a little bit healthier right?
Last night my roommate and I finally had our Art Uncorked class. This had been something that we had on our long to-do list for months now, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Even for someone who is clearly not a painter the end result turns out great no matter what and its so fun during the process. Such a great way to relax and end the week!
Yesterday I started my Typography class taught by Melanie Burk of Fifth and Hazel, who by the way has some amazing prints! So with the start of this new exciting class and fun side project I thought I would share with you all some of my favorite (for the week) typography prints. Do you have the same love for great typography as I do??
"Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful."
After spending time in my grandparents antique store this weekend, I have become obsessed with exposed tin ceilings! I have always love exposed brick walls but this is takes things to a new level. The picture below is what started it all. Then I started to do a little research on my own and found some new inspiration. I have now decided in my first house I have to have this exposed tin ceiling somewhere in the house!
