Wonderlust Wednesday

There is no doubt that I love traveling and exploring new places.  Though one of my favorite parts about traveling you may not know is sharing these adventures and cultures with loved ones.  I try to always send a post card from where ever I go (even if it doesn't seem like an exciting place to me) to my great aunt.  This way she feels like she is getting to experiences these places as well.  I stumbled upon A Pair of Pears and fell in love with their paper goods and post cards.

Mixing Business and Pleasure

I just got back from a week in Tokyo for work.  I could never have imaged it to be as amazing as it was.  From the architecture, to culture, to the traditions it truly was an amazing eye opening experience.  I did not have that much time to explore but here are a few snapshots from my week abroad.

I just got into Tokyo last night and am already loving it more than I could have imagined.  Everything is so clean, the people are so freindly and there is so much to take in! Check back for more updates!

I have always been intrigued by Canada, but have never seemed to make it out there.  After seeing these mesmerizing pictures of Lake Lousie, it is only making that want even stronger!  What better place to relax then over looking this breathe taking view!

Wonderlust Wednesday {Portland Addition}

Portland, OR is more than just the trendy new vacation spot.  With more than enough places to eat, drink, see and do you will have a jam packed itinetery that will keep you coming back for more.  The more I read/ hear about Portland the more I feel the need to plan a trip up there ASAP.  With constant festivals and concerts you can always justify a reason for a weekend getaway.  And what other city has such an awesome website to get you excited, other cities need to start taking notes!

There is no other place that has the same historic charm as Charleston, SC.  With the laid back, slow paced atmosphere what better place to come and relax than here? This is what a vacation should be all about, time to unwind.  The more I hear about Charleston, the higher it climbs on my list of places to want to visit!

Travel is one of my favorite things to do, if I could pick up and travel the world  I would leave right now.  There is nothing more exciting than discovering a new place and being engulfed in their culture.  I am starting a new series every Wednesday, that will feature the latest and greatest travel destination im currently lusting after! What better to kick off this series than the amazing destination Bali.  The beauty, serenity and laid back life style has always drawn me to it.  This is at the very tip top of my list of places to visit before the end of time.  What is on the top of your list?
