Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

I could eat sweets any time of the day, especially for breakfast! If only I had known sooner that cinnamon rolls were this easy to make, and turned out so delicious!! 

2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
2 tsb of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 tsp of cinnamon
6 ounces of dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 400, and let puff pastry defrost
Roll out each sheet of puff pastry
Melt the butter and brush onto the puff pastries
Melt the chocolate {first start with 30 seconds then melt at 10 second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted}
After the chocolate is fully melted brush on top of the butter
In a bowl mix the sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon then spread evenly over the pastry
Roll each pastry into a log and then cut evenly
Place each rolled up slide {standing up} into a greased muffin tin
Cook for 25- 30 minutes
